Akita Trading was born from the experience of its founder, Vincent Mary

An explorer at heart, he has travelled to the four corners of the world, each time discovering local culinary specialties.

Director of operations for more than 10 years of one of the European leaders in the supply of Japanese ingredients to the restaurant industry, he has developed a detailed knowledge of products, as well as supply chain and food safety issues, in relation to Asia.
He also co-founded a Japanese street-food venue in Paris, developing a field knowledge of restaurant operations (HACCP, consumer information, material cost, etc.)

It was during these experiences that he developed a passion for Asian cuisine, as well as a network of partners, ranging from product supply to logistics management, which today allow Akita Trading to offer a professional, proven and reliable solution

Based on your specifications, we search our database for the products/suppliers best suited to your context (quality constraints, product characteristics, deadlines, costs, etc.)

We check all the regulatory and customs constraints related to these products

We simulate flows in order to optimize logistics costs, while guaranteeing a level of responsiveness and stock security

On this basis, we define an offer delivered to your platform and send you all the required documents (technical sheets, factory certificates, product visuals, price offer)
